Gluten-Free and Vegan Burger Options During PDX Burger Week 2019


Portland’s legendary burger week is upon us and Portland Mercury has the juiciest suggestions all over the city. With over 37 options, we gluten-free and plant-based humans (and our stomachs) have reason to celebrate! Scratch that burger itch from August 5-10, for $5, all over town. Without further ado, here’s an exhaustive list of all the gluten-free burger and vegan burger options during PDX Burger Week 2019.

Grass-fed beef patty, Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard, and lettuce, topped with mushroom duxelles sauce and stacked on a house-made hamburger bun. “This savory burger features a mushroom sauce made with diced mushroom, shallots, and a dairy-free cream sauce developed by chef Krista Anderson. The sauce is one of six fresh sauces made by Portland chefs and only available at New Seasons Market.” Veganize with a Beyond Burger Patty and Chao Cheese for an extra $2.
